Have you spoken with your internet service provider regarding the fluctuating connection? Did they merely glance at you and confirm it was typical?

They can't fix that... Since it's related to that issue, they're causing overloads (I don't know how to put this in English well).

I only had a rough grasp of setting up ACLs on Cisco routers back then, mainly for client use rather than applications. Using Windows Firewall for this isn't something I've explored before. You might want to look it up on Google.

They reduced their bandwidth excessively, causing their systems to struggle under pressure. Would you consider replacing ISPs entirely? I’d prefer a more stable solution rather than trying to fix their network issues with my own setup.
