In MSI Center, launching Mystic Light only takes you to the Live Update page with irrelevant driver tips like audio updates. The Dragon Center option doesn't appear either. It seems the problem might be related to the hardware configuration or driver compatibility. Consider checking your USB settings, ensuring the correct drivers are installed, and verifying that the LED strip is properly connected. If needed, try a different USB port or cable.

Thank you for the advice, though it hasn't been successful. I also attempted various fixes like resetting the BIOS, but those didn't help. Currently, I'm using 12V for the strip with a suitable resistor from an unused fan connector to power one color.
