And thank you for your assistance! I configured PL1 and PL2 in the BIOS to 4095, and now I'm observing 12,000 on Cinebench R23. It's a bit warm at 84°C, but that's normal given the peak wattage was 161W. Appreciate your support—it made a big difference!

You are welcome. Glad to hear it all worked out. Now if you want to drop those temperatures, consider reducing the CPU voltage in the BIOS. Here is how to do a -75 mV (-0.075 V) undervolt. This is usually 100% stable for most Intel CPUs. This can help reduce full load stress temps by 10°C or more.
