When I first got my Xbox, I was younger and used my dad's Microsoft account. Now that I've upgraded my PC, I'm interested in using the streaming feature to play my Xbox games on it. I wondered if I could log in with my dad's account on my PC but only for streaming, while keeping my own account for other tasks. In short, can I stream games to my PC using a separate Microsoft account than the one linked to my Xbox? Thanks, Daniel.

They should both be linked to the same account.
