I understand this can be tricky. I've used many shortcuts on my desktop and wanted a cleaner setup without needing too many folders. Tago Fences helps with containers and shortcuts, but sometimes the icons don't match what you expect. For example, internet shortcuts show generic icons instead of the actual launcher images, which affects games that rely on those features. I'm wondering if anyone knows how to make a proper shortcut from a URL without losing useful features like controller mapping or online play. Some games I use, such as RDR2, don't work well without a launcher. Any advice would be really appreciated—I might have to consider buying Stardock Fences instead.

You can open 5-10 recent games using the launcher task bar icon. Many launcher settings can also be saved as shortcuts. Options like windowed mode are available. The shortcut behaves just like pressing play on the launcher, opening the same files.

Thanks, it seems I didn't quite get what I was looking for. I've decided to go with Stardock fences now. While I still like the look and functionality of Tago fences, they haven't received support for a long time, so I went with the simpler choice.
