They don't seem to agree on that point. An example is when someone says "You have to tinker with PC's too much," which wouldn’t fit a console enthusiast’s perspective.

My view is that options are often designed to be undesirable.

One video by Riley shows a gaming PC setup. The presentation isn't accurate and leads to misunderstandings. If you only watch that clip, it's not the full picture. For content like RRR, it's straightforward—build, install, play without extra tweaks. I believe the framing should emphasize giving gamers choices, such as access files or installing things they don't think are essential.

Lots of games have major issues that require community updates to work correctly. On consoles these problems are usually addressed more quickly by the developers. That’s a big contrast, and if you’re not into fixing things yourself, PC gaming isn’t really your cup of tea.

Hey, you're in the wrong place. Most folks here really enjoy working with PCs—especially experimenting with Windows and Linux. Any video ideas are a big welcome. We like tinkering with CPUs, GPUs, and new cooling solutions. No one pushes anyone to do it, though. There are ready-made builds for those who don’t want to spend time building from scratch, but I wouldn’t call them true enthusiasts. It’s kind of like asking someone else to take care of your partner while you pretend to be the machine.
