Someone at my school runs a small YouTube channel with poor quality. They use an LGP Lite for recording and shoot in 1080p, though it appears as if it's 480p with scaling. They only record Xbox 360 content. Their settings are fixed: MP4 format with H.264+AAC, 1920x1080 resolution, 12 Mbps video bitrate, A128 Mbps audio, 30 fps, and a frame rate of 60fps. They also shoot at 720p at 60fps by adjusting resolution and frame rate. I don’t link the channel, but based on what I see, the videos look quite low quality.

Everything is okay now. He had been using Xbox 360 at 480p for many years.
