I'm experiencing lag in my online games despite having spoken with two technicians who confirmed the modem is functioning well, with no packet loss and strong connections. I'm using a PC with Ethernet. Is there a third-party tool I can use to diagnose the issue further? Also, I'm unsure what might be causing the problem if it's not related to the modem. The download and upload speeds I receive are as expected (170 Mbps download, 35 Mbps upload), so that doesn't seem to be the main issue. Please help me out. Thanks.
