I played an arena game using real money, not in-game currency. During a match that was going really well, my internet dropped. I waited for reconnection but got kicked out. When I returned, I was upset because it counted as a loss. It wasn’t my fault and I missed a chance to get a better key (since you’re limited to three losses in arena, you’d need another key). I paid for this, so what can Blizzard do if I reach out to support? It might be a tough situation. I’ll keep an eye on any replies later.
If there was an issue at the end, it's not their fault. If the problem lies with Blizzard's servers (you usually know when a game won't start), you can reach out to their support team. But we're not discussing large sums of money here—just deal with it.
