Discussing GTA V's low CPU and GPU usage

I have a Ryzen 7 3700X and a 1060 6GB, both at 20-30% on GTA. I'm only seeing under 60 FPS with almost everything running at low settings. PC setup includes an MSI GTX 1060 6GB Gaming X, 32GB at 3000Mhz, and an Asus B450 F Gaming.

The RAM usage is high, but only this game is experiencing issues.

In the game, approximately 10 to 14 gigabytes are utilized, while GTA requires about 3 gigabytes of RAM. It seems this is the only version with such issues.

Updated! I just discovered that GTA's GPU consumption varies based on your graphics preferences, ranging from 20-30% to 60-70%.
