LoL isn't a tough title at all. A mid-range GPU such as the A10-7850K or 7700K would work perfectly.

You likely could play it fully on a basic low-spec system with a budget graphics card. The SSD wouldn’t offer much benefit because the game only begins once all players are online and the full game is loaded completely. Spending on an SSD in this case seems unnecessary.

It's not very challenging but it could slow down occasionally because of poor updates. Eventually, everything will be resolved.
