Hello, your current setup looks stable with normal idle temperatures around 28-33°C. However, during high-demand games like Warzone, you've noticed a shift to higher temps, now often reaching the low 70s. This change might be worth investigating. You haven't changed thermal paste since building the PC two years ago, so it's possible the cooler or other components could be contributing. Keep an eye on trends and consider checking for any potential bottlenecks.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I’m not a tech specialist, but I’m trying my best to assist. Have you checked the dust filters in your device? Accumulated dust might be restricting airflow.

The readings under full-core stress are similar across tests like Cinebench or Prime95. Gameplay conditions shift between sessions, making time-based performance data unreliable. With each update, a game might exploit new hardware features—such as Warzone using the 10700K more efficiently—which can cause increased CPU usage and higher temperatures.
