The $15 cooler you added seems similar to the original one. It appears nearly identical. Your chip isn’t a high-performance processor. The Arctic Freezer 7 X offers the most affordable option available. I forgot to see the cooler in the list. This discussion might have been much shorter. My regret.
I'm really confused, I didn't actually secure the cooler properly onto the motherboard. Some screws were loose while others were tight. Now I can use turbo boost without worrying about overheating during idle. Thanks for all your efforts if you helped or found something useful.
