You're using an AMD 3700X with a MSI X570 Edge Wi-Fi card and a VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB DDR4 stick setup. Adding more RAM won't boost performance beyond the extra memory capacity. The existing dual-channel configuration should already be optimized for your current workload.

It may boost system RAM access speed by as much as 3% under very special circumstances, especially when your workload is heavily limited by RAM performance (those situations are uncommon). Generally, improving results is more likely by adjusting your RAM timings or slightly overclocking it using the recommended settings from 1usmus's DRAM Calculator For Ryzen.

Are your page submissions/ram usage up? Yes. If you don’t need more memory and/or aren’t submitting pages or running low, then yes—only two channels exist so there’s no extra bandwidth (assuming the 2x16 setup matches the 4x16 specs).
