For hosting 300+ players with around 60 plugins, you should look into robust servers like Minecraft Server Hosting, Big Hosting, or dedicated cloud solutions such as AWS or DigitalOcean.

Review the system specs at the provided links. Identify a hosting service offering that robust hardware. Does your setup need to support 300+ concurrent users?

This setup demands an enormous server and boosts plugin performance. Are these your real needs, or just expectations? A capable server would need either thousands of dollars upfront to run locally or a substantial ongoing fee from a hosting company.

Others mentioned what you're likely experiencing, but the outcome could vary a lot. Should you prefer self-hosting or opt for a paid service that handles it for you?
