Hello, you have some extra cash and are considering upgrading your Ryzen 1200. Your current setup includes a Ryzen 1200 CPU, MSI B450 Tomahawk GPU, Sapphire RX570 with 4GB RAM at 8GB, and you're running games at 1080p with 60Hz. You're satisfied most of the time but notice some performance limits. You're weighing options like Ryzen 5 1600, Ryzen 7 2700, Ryzen 7 2700X, and Ryzen 5 3600 against each other. Which option offers the best value for your budget and needs?

With just 60 frames per second, the third-gen Ryzen isn’t as crucial. Upgrading to 144Hz could be worth thinking about, though the second-gen Ryzen still delivers strong performance. Are there any appealing offers for a Ryzen 5 2600 package?

Ryzen 5 2600 costs around 125€, while the 2600X is about 150€. Both come with a 3-month Game Pass bundle.
