1080ti outperforms the Vega 64 a lot—truly, a solid 1080 beats the 64. Since most games can't take advantage of more than eight threads, the Intel chip shines in gaming thanks to its higher IPC, while the AMD model excels at multitasking and video encoding.

I don’t have time to assemble PCPP but I’d suggest a build around 1700 (non x) with a GTX1080ti, 16GB RAM, and a 3000MHz memory module. Use a solid PSU like an EVGA or Corsair Seasonic, and opt for a better air cooler instead of the average AIOs.
