I received a Quest Pro about five months ago since I needed something that tracked everything well, but the battery life was terrible. I installed a 25k mAh battery bank to keep it running while I carried it around. About a week ago, strange issues began—its charging wasn’t fast enough to maintain power. It still makes noise and shows the status light, but when plugged into USB on my computer, it charges slowly. Apparently, it only accepts C to C cables, not A to C, so even if I connect it to its own dock, it won’t charge properly. Using a C to C cable seems to force power in, but my battery bank drops about 4% off its maximum capacity. I tried resetting it, and it worked for a day before stopping again. Now the charging is completely stopped, and I notice the remaining charge is dropping. The charging station itself appears fine, so I’m not sure what to do next. Anyone have any suggestions?
