You recently installed Windows 8 on a 256GB SSD. The difference between UEFI:TS256 and P0:TS256 lies in the boot configuration, not the actual drive. Both point to the same storage device, but the UEFI settings determine how Windows boots from it.

UEFI runs a bit quicker. The P0 is the older setting, used if UEFI isn't functioning.
