What is this? Undervolting is a typical approach, and most of what I’ve seen involves asking about two numbers. I’ve gotten no real assistance, but I’ve had plenty of explanations...
It seems there are aspects of life that should stay untouched, and it appears you've discovered some of them. The phrase "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" comes to mind. At this stage, I'd perform a full BIOS reset to restore functionality, and if that works, then let it be. Stay safe and good luck.
