I'm eager about this change. Unless they provide an ISO, I won't proceed. I'm wary of in-place updates. I prefer to reset and begin with a clean setup. Going through a Windows 7 installation and then switching to Windows 10 feels like a hassle. I'm hoping it's a more advanced operating system than Windows 8.

Guys I know this is a HUGE step, but I have seen the tech previews and their all VERY good. I'm gonna try the upgrade on my laptop first before I hit The White Yeti (name of my computer) with the upgrade.

I don’t have control over what happens on your device, but you might try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If it’s an app, checking its settings or contacting support could help.
