The Oldrim discussion thread link is now functional. I’m not sure what caused the issue, but sorry it kept breaking. @MoonSpot uses MO for SSE before quitting; it worked perfectly then and should still be reliable. Here’s a video demonstrating the proper installation method.

Well, I'm giving modding SSE a go after having ignored it till now. Also using the new NMM to see how its working now, don't think MO2 is up and running so much at the moment. Anyhow, just starting to dive into it, so I'm fairly green to any and all of the in's and out's for modding SSE. Just saw Eli's Breezehome for SSE, got to the part where she starts dropping a truck load of the unique collectable items, and it re-lit that "need to mod Skyrim" fire within me. That and I'm pretty snowed in cause winter hit Ontario and going outside is just Bullshit now with the snow, the cold, the wet, the shoveling and all that other winter garbage; so that means there be a whole lot of Skyriming to do for this hibernating season! (Should be time stamped, if not then 6min:46sec is where I wanted to start the highlight off) If anyone has been modding the snot out of SSE and would like to drop some pointers/tidbits, I'm all ears...or eyes rather.
This resource looks like a solid starting point. It compiles a list of mods I know from OldRim and notes whether they’ve been adapted or recreated. The compatibility with SSE Mods (link for more details) is mixed—some are still pending, yet many have already been implemented. It seems there’s growing effort to enhance SSE options rapidly. So far, the game engine feels noticeably smoother in DX11, though I haven’t invested enough time to confirm a lasting improvement. What’s certain is that progress is being made.
