However, if I run into routing challenges, I might connect the 10Gbps NICs directly to the Dell 5524 along with all other devices. Regarding cabling, should I purchase four fiber optic SFP+ transceivers for the switch and the 10Gbps NICs, or would it be sufficient to use two DAC cables and link each 10Gbps NIC directly into the switch?
