Join the 30-day IE challenge! I’ll stick with IE version 11 until June 27th. I’m limiting myself to IE only on my PC, but Chrome will handle tasks on my iPad Air. You might wonder why I’m doing this—I just want to explore something different. UPDATE: I haven’t installed AdBlock yet, but I plan to. Also, I miss the support for GDocs; I usually save files as PDFs before printing and appreciate Chrome’s direct printer integration.

Updated: AdBlock is active and won’t block ads. Currently using Chrome because the ads are really annoying. Will investigate more later.

Are you thinking of trying something fresh? This is the most traditional option, not the latest one. Of course, I get it—why would you go that way? Still confused about why you’d treat yourself so harshly. Did you do something wrong and expect this? No matter what, have a great chance!

What? No way! Seriously, why are there all these reserved spots? You could fit a lot in one, making the 6 seem unreasonable.

The latest versions are perfectly okay. Things have evolved beyond IE 6, you see. The criticism seems entirely unfounded nowadays.

I had been using IE for more than a year. It wasn’t too problematic, but I relied on it only because Chrome wouldn’t install properly due to an awkward error.

Moved to version 30 days of IE. Then it felt similar to what Linus experienced. Finally switched back.
