GTA V Online often features snowy periods, allowing you to explore the Story mode and add winter elements through mods. Another title, Steep, just launched by Ubisoft, centers on winter activities like skiing, snowboarding, wingsuiting, and parasailing in a snow-covered mountain range. It doesn’t really capture a festive Christmas atmosphere.
What does the solo experience look like? The map is impressive, though I haven’t received many positive feedbacks about the actual gameplay—some say it feels unrealistic or too repetitive.
It's an RPG/Action shooter where damage behaves differently from typical FPS games, making headshots less certain but still effective. Once you adjust to that, the experience becomes enjoyable. The single-player mode is solid, though it can feel repetitive without engaging with the story. The dungeon missions are tough and rewarding, and after recent balance changes, they offer better challenges and deeper gameplay. The survival DLC is expected to refresh the game, giving players what it should have from the start, according to early feedback.
