Good space games for your GTX 970 i7 4770 will run smoothly. Look for titles optimized for high-end graphics settings. Popular options include "No Man's Sky," "Starfield," and "The Outer Worlds." Check their system requirements to ensure compatibility.

I liked Rebel Galaxy. It offers greater depth than NMS and ED together.

Elite: A High-Stakes Planetary Destruction Simulation (RTS with systems featuring planets) Engineers should avoid No Mans Sky—it's a very basic experience.

Star Citizen remains in development, with a long wait before its full launch. Unless you're interested in the current version, it may take several more years.

Space engineering is really enjoyable. Kerbal Space Program offers a similar experience.

I know No Man's Sky is bad right now, but I suggest getting it later on. Hello Games have got the base game with LOTS of room for upgrade to make it a great game. The patches should be out soon which will clear it up for a lot of people.
