I recently relocated to a new residence and retained the same Spectrum internet as before. However, Discord now randomly disconnects for brief periods and then reconnects unpredictably. I only notice the interruption after 5 to 10 seconds. After that, I hear nothing through my server, followed by the standard disconnection sound, then another brief pause before it restarts. Occasionally, the system enters a loop where it repeatedly shows "disconnected" and stays on RTC connecting for a moment before repeating. Manually interacting with the app or browser doesn’t seem to resolve the problem for a few minutes. I’ve performed a factory reset, reinstalled Discord, updated the BIOS, cleaned the hard drives, and even tried it on my phone—still no improvement. The issue appears consistent across both apps. I suspect the connection isn’t stable, though I haven’t experienced firewall-related problems before. Running Discord as an administrator didn’t trigger the disconnection either. It seems to happen without any external processes running. This problem has also affected COD MW, where I struggle to join matches and get disconnected unexpectedly. Additionally, I’ve noticed that Google’s downloads sometimes stall or fail entirely, even though my speeds remain steady at around 45–50Mbps. No new software has been installed, yet everything seems to function normally otherwise. I’m finding it hard to chat with friends for more than five minutes without feeling frustrated. I’ve tried games like Vindictus and Brawlhalla, but they keep disconnecting me as well.

I forgot to note the League of Legends client also suffers from terrible connection issues. At times I don’t see the "ready" button on que. Other times I enter the character select lobby but can’t pick a character. A unique point is that Vindictus reports my IP address has changed. Not sure if this will help.

I didn't notice anything wrong. They contacted Spectrum three times and they resolved the issue each time, of course. It looks like the problem is with your PC, not your phone—it's connected to the same network.
