I need assistance with your Windows 11 PC. Discord, games (The Finals, Overwatch) freeze immediately at launch or after a short period, and sometimes browser windows shut down occasionally. I’ve discovered a solution for Discord. It functions well in Edge but fails in Firefox after some time, or the microphone disconnects. So far, I’ve tried: updated BIOS to latest, ran Memtest86 (passed), reset BIOS to defaults, turned off XMP, completely removed and reinstalled crashing apps, cleared GPU and audio drivers, updated Windows, and also ran Furmark and Cinebench without crashes. The system stays cool, temperatures normal, internet working, connected via Ethernet. Hardware: Intel Core i9-14900K 3.2 GHz 24-core, Asus ROG STRIX B760-I gaming Wi-Fi mini ITX LGA1700, Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5-6600 CL32, MSI VENTUS 3X OC with RTX 4080, plus 16GB video card. Corsair SF1000L 1000W, 80+ Gold certified, fully modular. I’m open to your suggestions.

Are you using the Discord app directly, not through a web browser? Does it stop working if you previously opened the software and then tried a browser? Have you recently updated your Ethernet drivers? Regarding Firefox, it’s possible permissions or extensions are affecting its behavior. I believe you’re running the latest version of Firefox.

The Discord app frequently stops working after short periods or immediately. Current solutions involve using Discord on Edge, which doesn’t cause crashes. All network drivers are current. Problems occur during game launches or after some time, yet GPU stress tests don’t trigger failures.
