I joined Discord on a different device using a web browser and app, but now I’m trying to log in on another computer. It’s showing an “unclaimed” warning. The verification gear isn’t visible, so I can’t send a reset or re-verify. There’s no logout option either. I’m planning to start fresh with a new account, yet the issue persists even after refreshing the page.
Consider using the computer app for logging in. When accessing Discord from a new device, pay attention to the instruction indicating you should provide a username, which applies to new accounts, and the login button is located at the top right corner.
I encounter a blank display when launching the computer program. Google suggested renaming a file marked with a '1'. I attempted that and tried a few other solutions. The web app remains stuck on the logged-in page, showing an unclaimed user notice, though all functionalities are present but no logout option exists.
Consider resetting your browser settings and removing any saved Discord login or auto-fill data. A visual example of the problem could also be helpful.
I ran a thorough cache reset, but it didn’t help. No cookies were cleared, so I’ll try again. The login settings weren’t saved, leaving nothing to adjust there. Thanks for the feedback—I hope this gets resolved. Discord seems like an interesting interface, similar to Slack.
