My Kamvas Pro 27 keeps disconnecting and reconnecting for no reason. I have concluded it is not because of the cable, pc ports, or power, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. I've noticed under bluetooth devices in the "other Devices setting" something called "Generic Monitor (Kamvas Pro 27)" keeps connecting and disconnecting, but even if I "remove" it, it returns. I don't know if the tablet is broken or if this is a fixable glitch, since I've had this tablet for about 7 months. Updated: I have just noticed, its actually this other device called "GD32 USB DFU in FS Mode" disconnecting and reconnecting, which could be whats causing problems with the "generic monitor (Kamvas Pro 27)" device.

Check if the firmware is damaged. Would you like me to flash or update it?

Are those the device drivers you were asking about?

They suggest using their software to update the firmware. You can also find their firmware update tool here: https://www.huion.com/download and more details at https://support.huion.com/en/support/sol...on-product

it seems that despite completing their actions, the system still displays an empty area instead of indicating a detected device

Unfortunately, I'm away as they're celebrating the Chinese New Year.
