How many gigs does your 1660 have? Your spec list mentions 4 gigabytes of RAM, which translates to 4 gigabits, and then says 4x4 gigabits—does that mean 16 gigabits or 4 gigabits? And regarding the RAM sticks, are they in a dock or dual channel configuration?

6GB GDDR6 memory is supported, with the system identifying all 16GBs from four 4GB modules. Dual channel operation is expected based on CPU-Z data.

In you bios there should be xmp setting that's enabled. This is dual channel for you ram, if this is indeed enabled. Leave as is, there should be a xmp profile setting in the same tab if set to auto change to profile one and try this if this doesn't work try two if this doesn't solve the issue go back to profile 1 auto isn't good it will change the way the RAM runs time to time and cause it to hick up in the end
