So, I open BIOS for the first time and found out that I had this thing set on "turbo profile" and I can switch it because there are no other options there. There is "auto tuning" thing, but IDK if it will be better or worse, and it says it will disable something called C-State, and I have no idea what it is.

C-state is merely a simple low-power state. I wouldn't interfere with CPU overclocking, since it's handled automatically by BIOS and often requires more voltage than necessary. Keep the auto-toner off.
