My specifications are
I7-4770k
Asrock Z87M Extreme4
Palit GTX 1070 Dual
8 gb Ram

My I7 is OC’d to 4.5 Ghz (Vcore 1.3V, CPU Cache 44, Cache Voltage 1.25V and Vrin 2.1V) and my RAM is set to 1.866. I mostly use the computer for gaming and wanted to check if performance would drop if I disabled the OC. I saved the settings and tried turning everything off except the CPU. After rebooting, nothing appeared on the screen.

I became a bit worried. Then I powered off the machine, removed the GPU, and connected it to the internal GPU. It functioned properly. I restarted BIOS, re-applied the OC, reinstalled the GPU, and turned the computer back on. It worked again.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I keep the OC enabled? Could this affect any components in my system? It’s odd that my GPU stopped working after switching off the CPU OC!

While writing the thread, I felt the solution appeared. I believe the configurations I adjusted for turning on the OC don't match the standard MOBI settings. I plan to reset the MOBI settings and check. Fingers crossed it works.
