I disabled all screen overlays to let certain apps run on my Galaxy S5. I thought turning them back on would work, but I’m not sure how to do it. Appreciate any assistance! Thanks, Coldris

Adjust preferences, manage applications, configure settings within apps, enable drawing over other programs, revert necessary overlays, ignore additional options.
