It seems the system isn't identifying Facebook as malicious, which is unusual. ... Hmm, that might imply you don't view explicit content.

Open gpedit.msc and go to Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Windows Defender. Click "Turn off Windows Defender," choose "Enabled," apply changes, then close the Group Policy Editor.

You cannot eliminate Microsoft Defender. If you wish to turn it off, consider switching to another antivirus program. There’s no point in having nothing—this is the core purpose of Windows Defender/Microsoft security essentials. A major issue in cybersecurity is that numerous Windows devices become infected with viruses or malware, turning them into automated bots for attacks like DDoS, spam distribution, and other harmful activities. This happens because many users rely on trial versions of built-in antivirus software that have expired, and they overlook free alternatives or ignore expiration warnings during startup. Now Microsoft offers a standalone solution that can neutralize common viruses and malware. Although it may not match the performance of other tools, it doesn’t hinder system speed and won’t affect you if your PC remains idle for long periods. It’s a quiet, non-intrusive approach. To initiate maintenance mode, open the Start menu, search for “Action,” choose “View recommended actions to keep Windows running smoothly,” then click on “Maintenance.” A menu will appear; select “Start maintenance” to begin the process. If you need further help, let me know.
