Disable visible controls. T^T
I'm using Windows 8.1 and like to keep the taskbar hidden for a cleaner workspace. It's like closing a drawer to save space. Sometimes, when I get a Skype message or a Steam sale alert, the taskbar pops up again and hides what I'm doing. Is there a way to stop program tabs from changing the taskbar state? Also, can I make the taskbar appear only on one display, even if it's not my main screen?
You have the option to choose what appears as your primary screen, right?
I sometimes wish Linux was more flexible and better suited for everyday use... and why I and my boyfriend are launching our own business... just... FUKEN... nobody makes things perfect for the end user... *sigh* Alright, what I appreciate most is audio alerts since I always wear headphones, but I want to make the most of all the features available. Thanks for your support!
Linux offers flexibility and stability, but achieving this requires significant work, which is why many prefer Windows.
No problem, my taskbar is on a separate secondary screen, and they’re completely distinct from one another.
