It's a long shot, but the short version is that when I was young in 2014 I used an aimbot and got banned on Rust. Now I want to host my own server and play by myself, but I'm not allowed because I'm still on VAC. I've searched online, but I can't find a way to disable the VAC. Any advice would be really helpful.

you can't challenge a revoked VAC ban, it seems to occur rarely—under 50 times in valve’s history—they’re strict about vacs. Playing on non-VAC secure servers might work, but you’ll face security risks. TL;DR: don’t hack, it’s a mistake.
