Yes, you can move the recycle bin from the desktop to another location. Just right-click on the recycle bin icon, select "Move," and choose where you want it placed.

Open Start menu and locate the icon folder

Open the Start menu, locate Desktop icon settings, and press Enter. You should find the option to turn off the Recycle Bin Desktop icon.

You can conceal all icons via the right-click menu, or prefer an alternative method: rename the recycling bin without a label, turn off grid alignment, and move it off the screen.
