In theory, just rename the service, though I’m not sure if it’s practical or what would actually occur... you’d probably lose all access completely.

It seems like you're looking for a simpler way to manage your tasks and calendar, though it might affect other features. If you're using one of those apps, removing the taskbar calendar isn't likely possible.
