When playing on a PC, do you turn off other monitors to improve FPS, or is it irrelevant?
It doesn't matter. The value of watching YouTube or reading the forum remains unchanged while playing a game.

If the FPS drop was severe and wasn't caused by another program, I'd think about upgrading my GPU.
