I’m setting up a dual boot with Windows 10 and Elementary OS, but you’re considering switching to Ubuntu. To remove Elementary and free up space for Ubuntu, you’ll need to uninstall it from your current partition. Make sure you back up any important data before proceeding.

Start from the Ubuntu Live Media, reach the message "Wipe drive clean and install, install alongside Windows 10, Something else," tap "Something else," then use the partitioning tool. Remove the ElementaryOS partitions and proceed with installing Ubuntu directly there. No necessity to fully uninstall.
