Open Command Prompt, type `optionalfeatures`, then activate Virtual Machine Platform and Windows Hypervisor Platform.

The Windows hypervisor platform is Hyper-V. The screenshot already shows some settings, but I support enabling the Windows Virtual Machine Platform. I noticed a discussion on a forum about whether virtualization works in BIOS—here’s a link: https://superuser.com/questions/1754051/...windows-11 Just be sure to turn off Core Isolation if you have it.

Also attempt to turn off Hyper-V since it might be the source. I can make it appear disabled and then reactivate it.
