Both minimum and maximum values are currently zero, which means it shouldn't be parking cores. Have you restarted?

I rebooted and verified the minimum and maximum settings—they’re 0. Core status isn’t parked, but when I enable high CPU-intensive games, core 3 and core 2 become parked.

There might be a problem somewhere, perhaps. A new Windows setup could fix it. I’m curious if the apps running quietly are affecting things.

I would remove the essential unparking software as well. Restart the device and verify the chipset driver is current.

All my drivers have been updated using the iobit driver boost. I suspect there might be other files in regedit that I need to adjust, but I’m not sure what they are since I’m not an IT expert.
