Increase the amount by zero if you're not making any changes. Idle power consumption remains the same regardless of activity.

You can adjust the slider to 80% for CPU or park settings, rather than leaving it at 100% unparked. This will help balance performance and power usage.

In Quick CPU you can customize parameters individually, like Frequency Scaling and Turbo Boost. You can also modify the Core Parking level. I haven’t used Park Control before, so I don’t have practical experience with it. Whatever you choose, you can try different settings.
