Yes, it is possible. You can disable the ten least efficient cores and boot with the two most powerful ones. This is often done using tools like HWMonitor or by adjusting BIOS settings to prioritize the top two cores.

I noticed that's all. You should be able to turn off cores and SMT in the BIOS. But I don't believe you can completely shut down specific cores while keeping others active. For optimal performance, disable all but two cores and run core 0 and 1.

You can turn off particular cores in Ryzen masters. I turned everything off, but managed to confirm 5100MHz on CCD 0 core 2.

Almost fully utilized for ambient cooling. CPU-Z checks should focus on core 0. Because it's the only core that can't be turned off.

I don't rely on Ryzen Master. I thought about BIOS tweaks. A 5.1ghz is decent. Have you thought about cooling down? Maybe dry ice?
