Hello, I'm having trouble turning off the antivirus on my PC. Even though my user account is in the administrator group, the Windows settings say it's controlled by the admin. I'm not sure why this is happening despite my permissions.

Consider creating a new admin account and attempting the operation again.

It sounds like your Windows Defender or MS Essential antivirus is blocking access as an administrator. This could be due to a recent update, a security scan, or a system configuration change. Check the antivirus settings or contact support for further assistance.
