Hey there... I faced a similar issue today. I checked the Linux Tip Tech site and created a new account to find a fix. Whenever I connect my ROG Gladius II with firmware, strange text appears... I’m really stuck and need some guidance.

This morning it was totally different...random Y letters and strange characters in the Vietnamese style...I attempted to translate it, but it didn’t work. It changed recently now. I didn’t take a screenshot of the text above because I was worried about private data. I only captured those special characters for safety. Also, when I tried translating, I got nothing meaningful—just random words that didn’t make sense.

I also worry it might be malware...I already looked up a product code in the firmware notes on Google, but the first results show malware and viruses. All of this is really alarming me right now... Could it have affected my mouse or something similar?
