The top cards match the quality of Bronze. The three small bonus perks are the highest possible and don’t improve with higher tier cards. They’re mainly for long-time players to display.
Perhaps cobalt and bronze aren't so different, but the more I play, the better the overall weapons I get. I can enjoy the game without a VPN, which is odd since in my area it seems you can't find a dirty bomb on Steam.
It seems unclear about the situation. Perhaps because they're still in beta, they haven't set up servers or completed anything in your region.
Guns consistently offer comparable performance across all levels. Each class comes with its own set of weapons. You might have just received a card variant that fits you better, or perhaps your skills are improving. Although the design seems straightforward at first, the shooting system actually provides some interesting complexity.
Certainly the various firearms offer distinct abilities, yet they are all accessible through level cards. Only the most potent weapons appear exclusively on the highest tier cards. You can equip any type of weapon on Led level cards.
