Hello! Upgrading from 2666MHz to 3200MHz RAM could noticeably boost performance, especially for gaming and 3D design tasks. The increase should help with rendering speed and overall responsiveness.

The effect on rendering speed depends largely on the software you're using. For gaming, your CPU and graphics card play a bigger role than RAM. Consider the games you play and their settings. RAM usually becomes important only if your system is struggling with the CPU.

You can probably boost your 2666MHz RAM to around 3200MHz or more, based on your hardware and the chip design, so trying it before buying a new setup might be smart. It’s hard to gauge real gains without knowing your exact application and CPU model. Various processors react differently to memory speed—newer generations often handle higher speeds better than older ones.

I own a 13600k system and understand overclocking RAM isn't possible. The XMP setting currently caps performance at 2667mhz. The 3D software will behave differently depending on the application—Premiere Pro, Unreal Engine 4/5, Blender, Photoshop, and Maya all have varying requirements.

I have a 13600k processor paired with an RX 6600 graphics card. Based on what I saw in your previous messages, it looks like you were referring to something specific about how the apps run.

Other methods exist besides XMP for boosting RAM speeds. Unless you're using an H610 or OEM board, you can adjust memory frequency, timing, and voltage manually. A 13600K may improve with a 3200 CL16, though precise results aren't clear right now.

I’m likely to collect around 3200 sometime.

Have you checked if any standards have been published? I need to show they're essential since I have a firm family commitment.

I think Frame Chasers conducted some memory scaling tests using the 13600K in games, though I’m not certain about the exact workloads. You’d need to check their documentation for details. Overclocking RAM is easy—just try achieving something like 3200 CL16 on your current setup without worrying about upgrades.

I need to purchase 3200 items. I can't use any software or interact with my computer.
