I changed my RX 6600 to an older model and forgot to remove its drivers before selling it. Now I’m using the 4GB RX 570 inside my PC, but the GPU light is blinking and the monitor shows no signal. I tried restarting the PC, switching to HDMI, and connecting the HDMI cable directly to the motherboard and GPU, but the issue persists. What steps should I take next?

Drivers aren't important. Would you be able to access the BIOS? Have you confirmed the card is functioning properly, and have you run any tests recently?

The last time I used the card was in May 2023. After replacing the GPU, the issue is that the motherboard shows a red CPU light. What should I do? I only have one PC.

I only took out one stick of RAM and restarted the computer. What resolved the issue? It seems to have fixed it. Planning to reinstall now.
